Chakr BESS is an LFP-based battery energy storage solution that stores electricity in rechargeable batteries and supplies it when required. It combines batteries, a Battery Management System, a Power Conversion System and an Energy Management System with control and protection equipment to manage energy storage and delivery.

Solar generation and electricity demand do not always align. Chakr BESS stores surplus energy for later use, supports peak shaving and load shifting, and helps manage variations in renewable output. It can also be configured for backup power and grid support applications.

From residential and light commercial systems to 261 kWh and 418 kWh C&I cabinets and a 5.016 MWh utility container, the range offers storage options for different project scales. Chakr supports projects through assessment, engineering, installation, commissioning and lifecycle services.
