चक्र मार्जक™ is an indigenously developed pneumatic-assisted, vacuum-based solid–liquid evacuation system designed for the efficient removal of heterogeneous, non-biodegradable waste from bio-digester reservoirs in Indian Railways rolling stock.

It uses compressed air to suction and discharge wet, thick and solid-heavy sludge from tanks without clogging. Sludge Dewatering Machine: This is a sludge-processing system. It uses mechanical pressure, such as a screw press or belt press, to separate water from wet sludge and convert it into a drier solid cake.
