Chakr DeSmog
Anti-Smog Gun for Dust & PM
Built for environmental needs, the Chakr DeSmog creates cleaner, safer work environments
through automated, low-water-consumption Dust and Particulate Matter suppression,
reducing pollution and supporting sustainable urban growth.
How it works?
An Anti‑Smog Gun operates by converting water into a fine aerosol and projecting it into the air stream where dust and fine particulates are suspended. A high‑pressure pump feeds a manifold that delivers water to a ring of precision nozzles; these nozzles atomise the water into micro‑droplets in the 5–20 μm range. An industrial axial blower then projects the mist 70–100 m into the target zone, creating a mist curtain that intercepts suspended particles.
Once airborne, the micro‑droplets collide with PM2.5 and PM10 particles, promoting agglomeration and increasing particle mass. The resulting agglomerates quickly fall out of suspension and deposit on surfaces, thereby lowering airborne particulate concentrations in the breathing zone. Operation in optimised intermittent cycles (timed bursts) preserves water and energy while maintaining suppression efficiency.
Effective Deployment Zones
- High‑rise rooftops & podiums
- Construction & demolition corridors
- Large open yards, logistics hubs, infra sites
Atomization
High-pressure mist converts water into fine droplets (5–20 μm).
Binding
Droplets capture suspended dust and particulate matter in the air.
Suppression
Heavier particles settle, reducing visible dust and improving visibility.
Optimization
Automated swing, tilt, and timer ensure uniform coverage and minimal water use.
Spray Distance
Covers 70–100 meters, ensuring wide dust suppression coverage.
Droplet Size
Creates fine mist droplets that capture PM₂.₅ and PM₁₀ effectively.
Complete Coverage
320° Swing with Adjustable Tilt Mechanism.
Low water consumption
High-pressure pump for uniform mist, low-water consumption.
Safety & Control
Smart timers and safety controls for reliable automation.
Mobility Options
Trailer mounted with pneumatic tyres includes tank.
Compact Design
for rooftop, trailer, or fixed installations.
Fully integrated
Electrical control panel with timer & safety interlocks.
Full Metal Body
components for durability and longevity.
